Harrington Fire Co. Assists Felton with Barn Fire

On Friday August 15, 2025 at 17:49 hours the Harrington, Houston and Frederica Fire Companies along with Kent County EMS were dispatched to assist the Felton Fire Company with a Barn Fire in the 300 Block of Paradise Alley Rd.  Units arrived on scene to find a Pole Building with fire through the roof.  Crews operated on scene for approximately one hour before returning to quarters.  Harrington Fire Company responded with Tower 50, Tanker 50, Engine 50-1 and Utility 50-8.  The cause of the fire is being investigated by the Delaware State Fire Marshal's Office.
