Harrington Fire Company Assists Felton Fire Co. with MVC with Two Trapped

On Thursday March 28, 2024 the Harrington Fire Company assisted the Felton Fire Company with an MVC with two subjects trapped on Burnite Mill Rd. (Rt. 12) west of Chandlers Rd.  Units arrived on scene to find a two vehicle accident with one subject trapped in each vehicle.  Crews extricated both subjects and one was airlifted to a local trauma center and one was transported by ambulance.  Both suffered serious injuries.  The scene was turned over to the Delaware State Police for further investigation.  Harrington Fire Company responded with Ambualnce C-50, Rescue 50 and Engine 50-5.  OIC was Felton Fire Co. Asst. Chief Matt Espil.
