Rollover MVC - Farmington Rd

On Friday March 1, 2024 at 1408 hrs the Harrington Fire Company, Kent County EMS and Delaware State Police Aviation were alerted for a vehicle accident involving a rollover at the intersection of Farmington Rd. and Hammondtown Rd.  Units arrived on scene to find a two vehicle accident and four subjects injured.  Units arrived on scene and began assessing the injured subjects.  One subject was airlifted from the scene by DSP Trooper 2, two subjects were transported by ambulance and one subject refused treatment.  Crews then secured the vehicles for any hazards.   The scene was then placed under control and scene was turned over to the Delaware State Police for furthter investigation.  UNITS ON SCENE:  Chief Vehicle (Officer 50-16), Engine 50-5, Rescue 50, Brush 50, Ambulances A-50, B-50 and C-50, DSP Trooper 2 and Patrol Units, Del-Dot and Fire Police.  OFFICER IN CHARGE:  Deputy Chief Robbie Brode.
