MVC with Entrapment - Fox Hunters Rd

On Friday November 10, 2023 at 12:48 hrs. the Harrington and Farmington Fire Companies along with Kent County EMS and Delaware State Police Aviation were dispatched to a vehicle accident with entrapment on Fox Hunters Rd. in the area of Hemping Rd.  Units arrived on scene and found a single vehicle into the woods with one subject still in the vehicle.   Units removed the drivers side door and assisted the subject out of the vehicle.  The injured subject had minor injuries and was evaluated by EMS units on scene.  Aviation units were cancelled prior to arrival.  UNITS ON SCENE:  Fire Chief 50-15, Engine 50-5, Rescue 50, Rescue 47, Engine 47-4, Ambulances A-50 and C-50, KM-8, Harrington PD, DSP, DNREC Fish and Wildlife and Fire Police.  OFFICER IN CHARGE:  Fire Chief Robbie Brode.
