Vehicle Fire - Liberty Plaza Shopping Center

On Thursday October 19, 2023 at 12:21 hrs. the Harrington Fire Company was dispatched to a vehicle fire in the parking lot of Liberty Plaza Shopping Center located on South DuPont Hwy.  Units arrived on scene to find fire in the engine compartment of the vehicle.  Crews placed one hose line in service and quickly extinguished the fire.   The scene was then placed under control and the scene was turned over to the Harrington Police Department.  UNITS ON SCENE:  Engine 50-4, Tanker 50, Ambulance 50, Fire Police and Harrington PD.  OFFICER IN CHARGE:  Captain Mark Scribner Jr.
