MVC South Dupont Hwy

On Wednesday October 9, 2019 at 1:32 pm the Harrington Fire Company was alerted for a vehicle accident on South DuPont Hwy. in the area of Melvin’s Funeral Home.  Firefighters arrived to find a 5 vehicle accident and two subjects suffering from minor injuries.  The two injured subjects were transported by ambulance to a local hospital for treatment.  The scene was then placed under control and the scene was turned over to the Delaware State Police for investigation.  UNITS ON SCENE:  Command 50, A-50, B-50, Rescue 50, 50-1, Fire Police, Harrington PD and DSP.  OFFICER IN CHARGE:  Deputy Chief Kenny Brode.
