Sportsman's Night Vendor

The Harrington Fire Company is looking for vendors that are interested in selling items at our Sportsman's Night event.  The event is October 1, 2022 from 1pm - 5pm.  We have focused this event to patrons interested in hunting, fishing and just being outdoors but do welcome any vendors wishing to come to event.  With almost every space of our property being used for this event our vendor area will be outdoors, with no elctric available.  Also due to the size, vendors must bring their own tables and whatever equipment for their sales area.  This will be a rain or shine event with no refunds for inclement weather.

The vendor area will in close proximity to the drawing area and accessible by all ticketed sections of the event.  No admittance to these ticketed areas will be permitted without proper credetials given with ticket purchase.  With the intended size of the event and advertising, the location of vendor area it is very likely that vendors will see the general public visit the vendor area. 

Vendors are asked to be set up and ready by 12 noon when the doors open for the event.   Area will be open for vendors to set up at 8am.  There will be dedicated vendor parking availabel after items are unloaded for vendors to park.  Vendors are asked to stay open until 5pm when the event concludes.  If vendor does choose to leave early no vehicle traffic will be permitted in the vendor area nor parked vehicles in travel lanes near he vendor area at any time during the event.
